It depends on your family members and your needs. Ground fl. and Upper fl. are completely independent residences. Furthermore, if privacy is No.1 priority for you, the entire Villa reservation is the perfect choice.

Yes, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Guest’s health and safety is our top priority. No exceptions made. All bed linen are meticulously cleaning also sanitizing of the surfaces. Sealed mask packets are provided to guests along with a hygienic hand gel.

We offer a 14 day cancellation policy completely free of charge. Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival.

In case of early departure there is no refund.

The pool is shared for the upper and ground fl. If you book the entire villa, the pool will be exclusively private for you.

Yes! Within 50 m. from the Villa there is a public bus stop. After 40 minutes the bus stops to a Metro station.

Yes! Upon request we offer a wide range of transportation vehicles from/to Airport or even for a daily trips to explore Greece. Please contact us with your requirements.

You may take the public bus near the Villa. After 40min-60 min. (depending on traffic)  the bus stops to Metro station “Nomismatokopio” . Get metro line 3 and in 30 minutes you are in the city down-town Athens within minutes far away from Acropolis and nearby attractions (Museums etc).  Alternatively, you may save plenty of time and ask for a private transportation vehicle.

No! All stores like bakery, mini markets, restaurants, cafes are within walking distances 5-10 min. For short transportation i.e. Airport, you may call a taxi with reasonable fares . Nonetheless, a private car will give you more flexibility and freedom for sightseeing.
